Today, I'm taking the gang to Morril's Cave near Elizabethton, Tennessee for our very first caving expedition. Shellsea, Max and Trevor are all excited and ready to explore.

Welcome to "Jeff & Sons." I am a single father living in South Florida with my three sons, Ryan (28), Maxwell (16) and Trevor (14). This website is just a virtual scrapbook of the stuff going on in our lives.

At the risk of being cliche, I maintain this blog because it forces me stop and smell the roses. Too often in life we get busy with the tyranny of the urgent and miss out on the daily joy we should be living. Then we blink and our babies have grown up and moved away. I don't want to do that...anymore. I want to make the most of my days with my sons and create memories. Create good memories.
